I always love your lists. Love Ouidad products for my "classic curl pattern" and they are an investment but at least they last a while (since we don't shampoo every day). I'm still looking for the perfect cocktail so that my hair still feels fresh with day 2 hair. It starts to feel gummy and heavy near the scalp. I'm going to try that conditioner. Just ordered it!
Have you tried the botanical boost? I haven't but they claim it refreshes your curls. I will def wet my hair just at the roots around my faceline. Curious to hear what you think of the conditioner and if you come up with any prolonging tricks. xo

Thanks for the curl scoop! I have very curly hair like yours, though sometimes I blow dry them straight...which is okay in winter in CT, but when it's humid, it's best to go curly. I do like the Botanical Boost, to refresh 2nd & 3rd day curls. Usually by day 4 though, things get a bit frizzy or not so 'fresh' looking. I think I might try that Cleansing Oil shampoo - each year as I get older (56 now) my hair seems dryer! yikes! I haven't tried the Amika conditioner either...Might give that a try, too...I'm seeking shine, my hairstylist (that I've been going to for years for highlights) told me that my texture & color of hair is really difficult to get a shine....(?) hmm.
